Best Buy Mobile Cake

This was a cake requested  for the Best Buy Mobile Department. I used a chocolate cake and covered it in vanilla buttercream. I used the frozen buttercream transfer method for this cake as well and handcopied the logo and filled it in with homemade colored buttercream.

Washington Redskins birthday cake

I used a new technique on this cake called the frozen buttercream transfer. I made this as an order for a 25th birthday. I was told the customer's favorite team was the Washington Redskins so I took some liberty in the design and made the logo for the football team using the fbt method I read about online. The cake itself is a two layer chocolate and vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream. This is all original and handmade work including the logo.
