Cake Competition

This cake I deisgned was for a school competition for Valentine's Day as well. I filled this two tiered cake with my own 'spin off' of strawberry cheesecake. It is a white cake with a layer of cream cheese frosting and strawberry topping in between layers. The cake is covered in a vanilla buttercream and decorated with cornelli lace, buttercream flowers and fondant hearts.
