This has to be one of my favorite cakes I made. This is a yellow sheet cake with rainbow sprinkles inside. It is covered with homemade buttercream and I used a picture online to hand copy onto the cake. I then filled in the outline of Little Mermaid with buttercream frosting and sprinkles.
