Blueberry Muffins

So my favorite muffin of all time is.. you guessed it.. blueberry muffins. I have made muffins before and have the hardest time finding the perfect recipe.This muffin recipe came from an online source that I tweaked a bit. It wasn't too sweet, which a lot of muffins can be, and came out soft and fluffy inside with a crisp outside dome top. I also topped the muffins with some course sugar crystals although some people like to use a cinnamon sugar topping as well. Too bad I forgot about the holiday and made these the morning before Passover.. muffins anyone?
