Pina Colada Cupcakes!

For my sister's 21st birthday, I made her booze cupcakes! I started with a pineapple and coconut cupcake infused with coconut rum as well as fresh pineapple pieces baked in. The cupcakes were then topped with a Malibu frosting, consisting of a basic buttercream and Malibu Coconut Rum. They are topped off with a bit of toasted coconut and an umbrella!
